The facility integrates Solid-State Fermentation (SSF), advanced liquid fermentation, ROC-based Mycorrhizal production, and precision formulation systems, enabling the production of a wide spectrum of high-performance biological products.

Core Manufacturing Capabilities

Biopesticide through Solid-State Fermentation (SSF):

Specialized fermenters designed for large-scale spore production of beneficial/ biopesticide fungi such as Trichoderma spp., Beauveria bassiana, Verticillium spp., and Metarhizium anisopliae. This system ensures high CFU counts, stability, and superior shelf life.

Liquid Fermentation:

High-capacity bioreactors optimized for microbial inoculants such as Bacillus spp., Pseudomonas spp., and microbial consortia. The technology supports continuous culture systems, ensuring purity, potency, and consistency in every batch.

ROC-Based Mycorrhizal Manufacturing:

Dedicated production lines for Root Organ Culture (ROC)-based mycorrhizal inoculants, ensuring high spore density, purity, and viability. This technology enables the development of technical-grade mycorrhiza as well as formulated products (powders, granules, and liquid carriers) for large-scale agricultural application.

Formulation & Encapsulation Technology:

Dedicated units for creating wettable powders, liquid suspensions, water-dispersible granules, and encapsulated microspheres, ensuring enhanced field efficacy, controlled release, and farmer convenience.

Contract Manufacturing Services:

In addition to its own brands, IIL Biologicals offers contract-based manufacturing of biofertilizers, biopesticides, and biostimulants. This includes customized formulations, private labelling, and technical-grade supply, serving domestic and global agribusiness companies.
